Forward

As we move forward into 2004, Ameridiser has launched
several programs designed to enhance the communication
channels with our customers. As you view our re-designed
web site, you can see a major transformation in the
amount of information that will be available to you.
Specifications,
technical information, accessories for our products
and even service parts can be viewed and purchased
directly from the site. Our Sales Representatives
will have access through a specially designed portal
that will allow them to view sales and customer history.
Even a quotation program will be available for on
the fly quoting of standard items.
I consider
this Web Site a continuous work in progress and a
project that will never end. The overall format may
stay the same, but information will be updated with
new items and updating company news to keep you informed
on what we are doing and where we are heading. We
also have a system in place so adding new information
to the site is quick and easy.
In addition
to the obvious, several exciting things are happening
behind the scenes. New personnel are being added in
strategic positions adding both technical experience
and expanding on the resources already in place. Our
commitment to implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
will ultimately pay off with substantial benefits
in quality, leadtime reductions, and manufacturing
cost. I will explain more about our Lean Journey in
an upcoming article.
Needless
to say times are exciting as our continued growth
fuels our passion for continuous improvement and success.
